Video recording is carried out in our legitimate interests in safeguarding our domiciliary rights and for the purpose of protecting buildings, persons and property, for the prevention of criminal offenses and the preservation of evidence in the event of criminal offenses as well as for the detection and prevention of technical faults.

Camera systems are installed in particular in the areas of visitor and employee entrances to our buildings, at the entrances to the warehouse and delivery zones, parking lots and emergency exits.

The records are only accessible to a small number of the company's security officers.

The video recordings are temporarily stored for (30) thirty days and deleted after this period.

We may use third-party service providers to operate our video systems. Recordings are stored in Switzerland. Service providers are carefully selected and monitored.

You have the right of access, the right to object and the right to erasure, although we may restrict, refuse or postpone these rights on the basis of overriding interests or other legal grounds. You can assert your rights using the contact details above.

If you do not agree with our handling of your personal data or the fulfillment of your rights, please let us know. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss data protection authority.
